Does any ATI or Nvidia video card with 128mb+ vid ram run pixel shader 2.0 (and is it able to run LoL and SC2?

SO i'm planning on buying a new video card, one that can handle LoL (League of Legends) and potentilly Starcraft 2, but that's just an extra feature. What i really want it to do is to be able to Run League of Legends. So i was wondering does pretty much any video card 128MB/256MB/512MB AGP have pixel shader 2.0 ?

I'm currently looking at these video cards:

ATI Radeon 9250 256MB 128BIT Video Card

Axle3D nVidia GeForce 6200 512MB DDR2 AGP LP Video Card

Nvidia GeForce FX5500 FX 5500 AGP 256MB Video Card

ATI Radeon x700 AGP video (graphic) card 256 MB

NVIDIA® Geforce4 Ti 4200 128MB AGP8x|||Those are all horribly outdated and won't play either games well at all.
