What's a good and cheap video card for World of Warcraft?

So at the moment I have the following:

- - - - Device - - - -

Name: NVIDIA GeForce4 MC 440 with AGP8X

Manufacturer: NVIDIA

Chip Type: GeForce 4 MC with AGP8X

DAC Type: Integrated RAMDAC

Aprox. Total Memory: 64.0 MB

Current Display Mode: 1152 x 864 (32 bit) (75Hz)

Monitor: Plug and Play Monitor

- - - -Drivers- - - -

Main Driver: nv4_disp.dll

Version: 6.14.0010.5673 (English)

Date: 8/4/2004 00:56:46

WHQL Logo'd: Yes

Mini VDD: nc4_mini.sys

VDD: n/a

DDI Version: 9(or higher)

Now I know its not a memory problem, because I dont lag or anything unless Im in a 25 man, with all the spells and colors flying all around. Im just looking for a decent video card, Im looking to have my shadow quality at max IF POSSIBLE, and Specular Lighting on, both of which I cant activate atm because of my video card.

And by the way, put this in the simplist terms you know, Im 100% deaf to computer speak, I copied all that information from the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.|||You will encounter MASSIVE amounts of lag if you step into Dalaran on any PC w/ shadow quality at max, unless youre running a supercomputer.

In my opinion, unless those shadows mean a lot to you, turn all bars and system settings low. Its dosent make it look bad and will leave you relatively lag-free.|||I prefer a ATI Radeon x1900 if u want to play WoW smoothly i have one and i get about 60fps on medium graphics|||Are you looking to have an elite World of Warcraft account? Now you can be level 80 in 7 days and generate as much gold as you want.|||Anything. World of Warcraft will run on a toaster.
