I have used the 5500 card in the past and I can tell you that it was a rubbish card when it was introduced a few years ago (the entire 5000 series was garbage) Based on that, I would recommend the 9550 simply because it couldn't possibly be as bad. However, these cards are extremely outdated. If you are stuck with AGP, check out some of the nvidia 7000 series cards. There are some really good AGP cards in that line that won't set you back big $$. Check www.newegg.com for some listings and prices!|||None of them.`
